Generate topics for writing and speaking

Writing articles and presenting at conferences are both great ways to build your profile as a lawyer.

But what should you write or speak about?

Most lawyers take a reactive approach - reporting on court decisions or new legislation. But this is a very competitive arena. Lawyers and firms are falling over each other to be the first to publish or present on these topics. And in fact, legal updates are not necessarily of great interest to your clients - really, are they as excited about new law as you are?

There is so much else you could write or speak about. You are probably overlooking topics that would be very interesting for your clients. It is common for lawyers to take their own knowledge for granted.

This seminar will help you draw on your own unique expertise to find new topics for writing and speaking.
