A: We only recruit for employers who have specifically engaged us as a consultant, and have agreed to pay us for the time we spend on actively recruiting for them. We don't operate on contingency fees. We don't send out any unsolicited resumes to employers who have not engaged our services. We either act for the employer or the job-seeker, and make the distinction very clear.
Q: Do you charge fees to job seekers?
A: Not if you are applying for a position for which we are recruiting. In this case we are acting for the employer, and they pay us. We do charge for our Legal Careers Mentoring Service - in this case we are acting for you and providing impartial and individualised advice and assistance to advance your career.
Q: I'm considering leaving South Australia. Can you help me find a job interstate or overseas?
