New Employee Interviews

Have you recently employed a lawyer or paralegal?  Now you need to keep them!  And get the best from them.

You want to make sure they are settling in properly and that their experience of working with your firm is a positive one. 

In this interview we ask your new employee to talk about a diverse range of aspects of their work with you.  Then we make recommendations to you regarding adjusments to working arrangements and the new employee's ongoing training and development.

Exit Interviews

When a staff member leaves your firm, we ask them for their perspective on what it's like to work there and how things could be improved, and provide constructive advice to help you improve your staff retention rates.  You'll also find out what they found helpful, so that you can do more of it!
